- Billing › Contract tab
Your contract consists of three components: a package, a number of booked seats, and the billing period. Each display occupies exactly one seat. Everything else appears as its own line item on the same invoice.
The booked seat: a display your contract covers
Each display occupies exactly one booked seat, the second display on the same device as well as every web display in the browser. The Displays line on the Contract tab shows the current count, such as “3 of 5 booked displays paired”, and the order gives it in short form as “3 paired · 2 free”. If more displays run than are booked, the line reports the excess: “5 paired · 4 booked — 1 above your booking”.
If all seats are occupied, the portal rejects the next pairing: Every booked display is paired. The dialog offers Book another display, which does not interrupt the pairing, or Go to billing. The third option costs nothing: remove a surplus display, and its seat is freed.
A reduction of seats takes effect only at the end of the current period. If you go below the number of paired displays, the order tells you right away: “You have 4 displays paired — the reduction takes effect at the end of the period.” If more displays are still paired than booked on the effective date, you have seven days to remove one. After that, the portal freezes the surplus ones.
A video wall does not replace seats: It is booked in addition per assembled surface, and its member displays continue to occupy one seat each. Four displays in a wall cost four seats plus the surface. Each seat brings a fixed share of your organization’s storage, and all shares go into one pool.
Package, volume tiers, and billing period
Four packages are available: Starter (Full HD, scenes and schedules), Pro (4K, two displays per player, Pro apps), Premium (API, company sign-in, your own address), and Enterprise, which Szenera arranges with you personally. The package determines the functions and apps and sets an upper limit on the number of displays (“Your package carries at most 5 displays.”). Premium has a minimum: “Premium starts at 5 displays. We have raised your quantity.”
The price per seat is determined by the volume tiers. The order marks Your tier. It applies to the whole fleet, not only to the displays above the threshold. The billing period is monthly or yearly, the latter with a discount in percent. All individual prices are net: “All prices are net plus 19 % VAT. The amount on the invoice applies.”

Package, quantity, tier, and billing period are in one section. Every change to them immediately recalculates the breakdown on the right.
What else adds to the bill besides seats
| What | Where | How it is billed |
|---|---|---|
| Video walls | Scope section › Video wall | per assembled surface, can be added in every package, included in none |
| Add-on apps | The app’s page › Book and install | Monthly price, net. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, and the app remains usable until then. |
| Player Lite, Player Pro | Billing › Players tab | one-time purchase, net |
| Web displays | Pairing › Choose the connection type › Web browser | no separate line item. Your contract unlocks them, and each one then occupies a seat. |
| Several displays per device | Pairing › Another screen on an existing device | likewise unlocked through the contract. The second display occupies a second seat. |
What follows
- A second display costs a second seat, even on the same machine, even in the browser, even in a video wall.
- An increase takes effect from the click, a reduction at the end of the current period. This applies equally to displays, package, video wall, app, and billing period (Change your contract).
- Credit and special rate land on the next invoice. A credit is offset, not paid out. A special rate ends on a date, after which the list price applies.
