This is where you decide who sees which button in the portal: first the model behind it, then the comparison table, then the daily tasks.
- Who can do what in the portal?Someone is not allowed to do something, and you want to understand how Szenera works out a permission from role and direct permissions for each action.
- Permissions by role and by areaYou are looking for the right role for a particular task and want to compare Owner, Manager, and Member side by side.
- Invite members and decide on join requestsA new person should join the portal, or a join request above the members table is waiting for your decision.
- Manage members: change role, block, removeA person changes duties or leaves the company, and their access should be adjusted, blocked, or deleted.
- Create custom roles and grant direct permissionsThe built-in roles do not fit, or someone needs access to exactly one scene, playlist, or a single display.

- Set up two-factor sign-inYou secure your account with a second factor, need new recovery codes, or have lost the device that has the app.
- Connected accounts and active sessionsYou sign in through Google or Apple, want to disconnect a connected account, or want to end an unfamiliar session right away.

The details that apply to everyone: master data and appearance, the company’s sign-in method, and the record of who changed what.
- Master data of the organizationYou want to change the name of your organization, the legal name, the billing address, or the default time zone.
- Brand: logo, favicon, and colorsThe portal should show your logo, your icon in the browser tab, and your colors instead of the Szenera default.
- The portal at your own addressYour team should open the portal at an address of its own, and you have access to the records of your domain.
- Set up company sign-in (SSO)Everyone should sign in with their company account instead of a portal password of their own.
- What does enforcing company sign-in mean? Before turning on enforcement, you want to know which addresses it covers and how to avoid locking yourself out.
- Accounts from your employee directory (SCIM)Your employee directory should create the accounts in the portal, suspend them, and give them roles, instead of someone maintaining both.
- Read and export the change logSomething changed and you are looking for who did it and when — or someone asks for an export for the audit.
Found what you needed? Then carry on in the portal — or set up an organization first.
