- Delete, trash, and retentionYou are tidying up, deleted something by accident, or want to know how long deleted items can be restored.
Scenes 10 pages
A scene is the designed content that a display shows. It takes shape in the editor and only reaches the displays when you publish it.
- What is a scene, and when does a display show it?You changed something, and the wall still shows the old content.
- Create a scene: blank or from a templateYou want to create new content, either on a blank stage or as a copy of a built-in template.
- The scene editor at a glanceYou are looking for an area, a button, or a keyboard shortcut in the editor.
- Place and arrange widgets on the stageText, images, app widgets, and shapes need their place, the right size, and the right order.
- Configure widgets: template, preview, and fieldsA widget is in place but does not show the right thing yet, or not everything that is switched on.
- Place a document (PDF) in a sceneA notice, flyer, or plan exists as a PDF and should go onto the displays, either as a whole or page by page.
- Configure a scene: format, layout and slots, transitionsThe format, layout, background, or transition of the whole scene is not right yet.
- Save, publish, versions, and conflictsThe scene is finished and should go to the displays, or the portal refuses to publish it.
- Manage scenes: rename, archive, scheduleThe collection is getting hard to keep track of, or a finished scene should go into a program.
- Which format does a scene need for which display?Your scene is missing from the picker at the display, or bars remain on the display.
